please could you confirm sunday hours. dialling states office is closed but website states its open till 20.00.If this is the case please pass on this info to update EE website to state this. thanks

Seems open to me. Did you ring 150 or 0800 079 8586?

Did you then choose the option for Broadband and Phone?

Did you get a text and did you respond?

Did you call within these hours?

Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 8pm

Did you call and speak to them or did you just read what is printed on the website and assume that they are open. I called them on both numbers
