      <description>&lt;P&gt;On 13th nov I rung up and renewed my broadband n phone line with ee which my new price is now £21.59 but just received my bill and it is £22.55 is it cause of what was left On my old plan and added to the new plan price which has gone live on 16th nov? Can anyone help with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you log into MyEE and look at your bill the details will be broken down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No one on here has access to your bill, but it does sound like it is a combination or the old rate and new rate - unless you have some calls on there?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
