    <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually when this happens your public IP addy has been blacklisted cuz a previous user of that IP was detected spamming. All you can do is re-sync your router to try to obtain another clean IP addy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;208.91.198.28 is not an EE IP public addy.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi We are having trouble sending Emails&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;keep getting this message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;host eur.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.6.33]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; said: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [208.91.198.28] weren't sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; is on our block list (S3150).       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi XRaySpeX&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i change Internet back to our existing BT Broadband the emails send fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
