Hi,

I have super fast broadband with a smart hub which has been working fine up until the last few days. It’s now losing connection all the time and the light is yellow, it may work for 10 mins after restarting the hub but then drops and goes yellow again. Anybody know why or what I can do to fix, becoming very frustrated with it! Thanks 🙂

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.

Have you just joined EE BB or were you already with EE BB?

What does it say after you log into the router:

For a Smart Hub: on the Advanced Settings / Broadband / Internet page?

Obscure your names & any numbers in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage EE have got to.

Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
