    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's rare that there would be a local boadband outage but not impossible, many times it could be due to a specic issue with your line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That said I can check with Openreach in the morning if you post your exchange area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
