Done a ping plotter test and no packet loss on the router etc, however I do have 75% packet loss on an IP address 213.121.98.137 I’ve looked this up up and it’s showing a BT IP address?

Thanks

If the packets were lost at that hop, how did they get to the destination?

When using ping plotter, tracert or any other always start from the destination and work back. All you are seeing is a router that has not responded to the icmp (ping) request in the requested time. Routers will always treat icmp requests as low priority.

I believe the issue is now resolved, It was a hardware issue with the Xbox, I forgot I sighed up to ‘Xbox insider' and opted in for the early release updates for the console and they contain bugs so I’ve opted out and removed the console from the program and now the packet loss and gone! 😉

thanks all for the help
