Smart disc set up

I'm trying to set up a smart disc and the light is staying on purple. I've gone through all the steps and tried restarting it etc but the light just remains steady purple for hours.

Thanks but I've followed all the steps. The purple light should only stay on for up to 60 seconds while it's starting up and it's still on hours later.

Are these the same EE Smart WiFi steps that you tried, downloading the Home app etc?
