Hi @mrbluesky72 ,

I'm sorry to hear the performance is not what you and the adviser were hoping for. It's exactly for this reason that there is a cooling off period to catch these problems and I would highly recommend to confirm the issues as soon as possible so you can make an informed choice.

For example, you can verify the issue is seen both with speedtest.net and fast.com and also when taken in to a store for them to sanity check it's not the hardware or your location.

I've used 4G LTE for over two years now and have only recently joined EE some four months back. I'm lucky to be located where I reliably get better than 27 Mbps down and as high as 81 Mbps down, and uploads typically better than 24 Mbps.

Others on this form have reported terrible performance at home but very good performance when they drive a short distance towards a cell tower and see better than 100 Mbps down.

Hope you find something that works well for you in your location as many of us rely on internet access to work from home. Good luck!

Today i recieved my new 4GEE Router. When on the phone sorting the agreement out my area was tested and i was promised Download speeds of 26-30Mbps and Upload speeds of 10-11Mbps. I ordered this through BT and i have 14 days to cancel the new EE agreemant with them. My speeds are absolutely trash. I had a max of 3.29Mbps Download speed and 0.07Mbps upload speed. It is so much worse than what i had before so unless this can be sorted in the next few days i will be cancelling the agreemant and will ward people from buying this product.
