Moving from Fibre to Broadband

I can't seem to find an answer when I searched, apologies if this had already been covered.

I'm moving home in November and about half way through a 300mb fttp contract.

The new place is in the sticks and only has standard 60mb (max) broadband.

Am I still able to do the free home move and stay with EE but downgraded to standard BB or do I have to pay off the remaining fibre contract and essentially start again on a new deal?

Yes, but it would be a move to EE Fibre Plus (FTTC) from EE Full Fibre Max (FTTP). Standard BB is ADSL BB, which I presume you don't want.
