Hope someone can help, I've tried via customer service/engineers on the phone but they've advised there's nothing they can do -

My broadband cuts out multiple times a day and requires reseting to get it working again properly. They've done line checks and apparently everythings fine though they can see it drops out regularly but when they check its fine. I've been advised as it's an old DSL line they can't offer me anything better or more reliable which doesn't seem right. I asked about getting a 4g box to help when it cuts out but the engineers advised the 4g in my area would actually be worse than what I already have

Hard to say how we can help without some more information.

To start, can you post the results of the BTW DSL checker, making sure you hide your phone number.

Sight of your routers stat may also help, and is your line quiet when you dial 17070 option 2, and does it report the correct number.
