    <description>&lt;P&gt;As it is an NEC managed phone service and the message indicate that my ip provider is restricting access i have not as they would not be able to help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it seems that EE are restricting the VPN but Cannot seem to get any help from EE on any VPN issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I work from home and have been provided with an NEC Softphone on a laptop to connect with the office phone system.&amp;nbsp; This uses a Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client but I am find more and the VPN connection drops out and I keep getting a message that says The Service Provider in your current location is restricting access to the internet.&amp;nbsp; You need to log on with the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why am I seeing this message please as my broadband is not restricted that I am aware of and I only get FTTC here anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try reversing the SIP ALG setting in the router. I forget which way round it need be for VoIP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
