I’m in Exmouth, Devon, my broadband is simply not working, is there a specific issue in Exmouth due to flood defences being built? Also I have two direct debits going out for ee, I want this resolved asap

Is it your home broadband that is the issue or is it mobile broadband?

There is a switch down at PCP 15 in the EX8 1HL area of Exmouth, should be back on soon.

As regards the direct debit issue you need to ring Customer services.

@Gsdmolloy I notice the cab fault was rectified by 11.33 am yesterday, is your broadband back on?
