Cancelling my Home Broad band Contract

Hello,

I tried to contact the customer hotline but I wasn't able to hold on anybody due to busy lines.

I would like to cancel my contract as my terms ending 20/08/2021.

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

if you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR
if you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final bill.

You need to persevere on the phone.
