Last Bill Refund Question

Hi i got an email from my final bill as follows

Your final bill is in credit of £ -22.66 . There's no payment required for this bill. We'll refund you via cheque on or after 10 August 2021 .

But im still yet to get a cheque or payment into my account. Can you please let me know how long it will take?

It is probably already in the post, I am sure it won't be long, it is only the 13th now.

Yeah i thought as much just thought i would ask here as i had no idea how long it would actually take to arrive.
