&lt;P&gt;The IP address you've quoted 192.168.11 is missing a final block, so I'd presume you might need to use 192.168.1.1 maybe? - it should have 4 blocks of numbers not 3.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Having said that, you shouldn't need to connect to any IP address to use a WiFi hotspot, what is it you're trying to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your wifi is able to connect, you can find the IP address of the router via Commend Prompt - IPConfig/all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT it will usually be 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1&lt;/P&gt;</description>
