    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1993541"&gt;@Ladybird42&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does one of the smart TVs have a RJ45 Ethernet port that you could cable to the router via a very long Ethernet cable to check if the problem is solved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the fragmentation definitely occur when streaming from the internet, and it's not a terrestrial TV picture which is fragmenting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't in recent memory seen any picture fragmentation over WiFi even on a very poor 4G LTE connection. Such fragmentation is an indication of transmission errors which points the finger at your booster which I would suggest to turn off to see if it helps the devices nearest the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just renewed our contract with EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After purchasing our 3rd smart TV which is in the dining room, all tv's, now based in different rooms, have picture fragmentation most of the time.&amp;nbsp; I bought an AC750 dual band booster but this has not helped at all.&amp;nbsp; What can we do to sort the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
