Hi will pressing the reset button on my Router mean I half to reconnect all my devices

Only if you have ever changed the WiFi SSID &/or pwd from their default factory settings. If you've never touched them then your devices should reconnect automatically.

Ok so I have never touched anything like that I only got the router in June

So if I press the reset button aka factory reset it will all be the same
