Internet didn’t go live on activation day

I have waited all day for my internet to go live on activation day which was Monday 12th July 2021. I understand takes up

to 23:59pm which is way I writing to u at late hours to ask why it hasn’t been activated yet? Currently it is 00:45am on Tuesday 13 July 2021. I just want an update is all.
