Why do you need an appointment? Don't you have a landline there, even if dormant? What EE product have you ordered?

My router wasn’t delivered on time so the engineer couldn’t connect my broadband. I have the router now I’m trying to get through to someone to arrange for the line to be activated. I’m working overseas atm and it’s proving difficult to contact anyone

Is there really any need for an eng. visit? Why can't the occupants connect it themselves?

Try calling the Freephone no. in my sig over Skype. It should be free.

Even w/out the router the eng. would have connected you up to the cab on his previous visit.

It’s a new installation. The router wasn’t delivered on time so the original appointment came and went and I need to arrange a new appointment as I now have the router.

Not explicitly but by taking Option 3 it leads you to that part of CS that deals with BB, which is want you want.
