      <title>Complaints procedure roadmap.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could anyone please tell me what the EE complaints handling process is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;from the time a complaint is made to how outcomes are delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have recently made a complaint and was told firstly we are looking into it and then next communication via email and texts was the case was closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Even the links on the site to the email we form show we could not find the page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/make-a-complaint" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/make-a-complaint&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would love to give EE a fair opportunity to resolve this before escalating it to the ombudsman&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
