      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had my broadband and landline fixed after bt openreach identified an issue with the wiring on an outside telegraph pole. Ee have offered me the equivalent of 2 days broadband fee as compensation, about £2.32. I think this is derogatory bearing in mind I had to specifically be around for the engineer visit. Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, EE have only just signed up to Ofcom's Compensation Scheme last week. They are meant to offer &lt;STRONG&gt;£8.06&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;for each calendar day that the service is not repaired.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
