Wifi delivery

I have tried plug in devices to increase the wifi to another room in my cottage and this is not working.

does this mean I have to pay more for a different hub, or additional hubs?

or do I just have to accept I can only receive wifi in 2 rooms?

my technical skills and knowledge are not good and my monthly income is not going to increase so if possible I would like the solution to be a one off payment and simple.

Is it only the one room in the house that you have issues with the connection?

Was it a WiFi Booster Pack or WiFi Home Hotspot that you got from EE to extend your WiFi?

Thanks for your interest,
It is possibly two rooms but one would be an improvement, currently I am unable to use Alexa in this room or Zoom as the signal just breaks up and freezes. I would also like to use it an outside room which is adjacent to the cottage ( but that is in my dreams!)as well but it would be good to start with one, unless cheaper to deal with both now.
I have an EE wifi hub and it is a TPLink plug in extending one which is making a minimal improvement.
