Splitting bands

Hello I split my bands ages ago and recently my internet has become really slow so I want to put it bank to normal how can I do this? I can’t seem to get to my advance wireless settings on my phone 😞

On the Advanced / Wireless Settings page of the SH there is a button near the top to Separate the Bands. Turn it OFF. Then both bands will appear as 1 combined SSID not starting with "5GHz-". But I can't see it helping you with speed of your BB.

Of course, there isn't That's your MyEE! That has nowt to do with your router. You need to login to the EE SH itself (see label on back). Remember?

Well, yes & no! It's on the back & front of the slider you have removed. Anyway that image can't be approved as you would be revealing your WiFi pwd to public gaze.

Sorry, I thought you'd just forgotten what you did last time. Anyway login to your EE SH at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router & also on the label you showed.
