I have just been notified that the charge for my broadband will rise by £8 per month. This is a ridiculous price rise. Every year the price keeps going up.

If the other providers can charge a lot less why can't EE?

Again loyal customers get hit in the pocket.

Presumably you have come to the end of the minimum term of your contract. There is nothing stopping you calling up/or going on line and taking out a new contract at a reduced rate.

Every ISP does the same thing, as do many other suppliers such as gas and electricity, just give them a call.

Have you reached the end of your min. contract term? Your bill will increase at that time as you would've been informed when you took it out. You can see this even now with EE's current offers:

Which EE BB package do you have?

Instead of letting your current contract run on at the higher price, all you have to do is commit to a new 18-month contract for the same BB package at a lower price than you are paying now. You can do this online thro' your MyEE for BB under Change your broadband plan .
