Hi, does anyone know how long after upgrade you receive the xbox? I had my phone the next day but there has been no mention of the xbox

We’ll send an SMS with your T&Cs within 5 working days of your purchase.

Xbox Series S will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemption will be sent by SMS to your device within 5 days of your Xbox Series S being dispatched.

Yes i did , i took a 40gb plan on the samsung a52 s and i pay £37 with a £30 upfront

Its been 5 days now and ive still had no text , when i phoned customer services they said it could take till mid december for the text

Can anybody confirm whether the information from the text is sent out by email or available on the app as well?

The phone I bought is a Christmas present for my son so is obviously not switched on all the time.

The xbox is a Christmas present for my other son so I'm really keen not to miss the text and for it to not arrive in time.

Hi, I also ordered an A52S on the 17th November and paid the upfront £30...But have received no SMS???.....I am now very concerned!

We've identified a small number of customers who are eligible for the Xbox Series S Tech bundle, but haven't received a confirmation text within five days of purchase. I ordered a oppo phone online and payed my £30 upfront fee but still had no text or update on my free Xbox and I'm not happy as it's the main reason I took out the contract please contact me ee
