BT sport large screen onto Amazon Fire Stick

I have recently upgraded to BT large screen but can’t get it on my fire stick. I have read many chats but there is never an answer. I have reinstalled the app and have been waiting 48 hours but I still can’t get it on the stick but can get it on my lap top and iPhone app

Hi @Jimbo4060.

Amazon Fire TV devices are definitely compatible with large screen access. Have you tried removing the power source from the Fire Stick for a few moments, powering it back up and logging in again?

Yes just tried it and it says the same.
