EE Shop Assistants

Anybody else had problems with liveware in EE shops ? I'm a novice and the Romford store sold me a plan of 2mb for £13 !! Useless value. Later I tried to use Play Store on my tablet to download software and all that ever happened was a PENDING notice, I still can't download any software but they are still taking my money !!

@Romford 2mb of data is really small and anything you download could be more than 2mb. Your contract still has to be paid even if you have download issues. Can you access the play store ? Yes and that’s using data so obviously it’s working ok.

your issue is the size of the download try downloading when connected to Wi-Fi.

Hi @Romford.

Are you sure it was 2MB and not 2GB?

Did you get the tablet from the store too?

Are you able to connect to WiFi? Some software updates can only be done over WiFi and not mobile data.
