full works EE phone insurance - free screen saver and case not received

Hope someone can help. I've just ordered a new iphone with full EE insurance and was told that I qualify for free screen protector and case.

I'm finding it near impossible to navigate EE webiste or find info on this and holding on for help on 150 is ridiculously long.

Can anyone tell me jhow they managed to claim the freebies please? I didn't receive the text with instructions, what's more I cancelled my order with Apple as the monthly payments on EE suited my budget better. However I now feel cheated and am considering cancelling and returning the phone and buying from Apple who offer cheaper insurance cover as well?

I'd be keen to hear how others have resolved this problem and if they have similar experiences.
