&lt;P&gt;Did you get them as an 'add to plan'? It may be worth resetting them. I found &lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208304#:~:text=Hold%20down%20both%20the%20power,up%20with%20your%20devices%20again." target="_blank"&gt;this Apple article&lt;/A&gt; that might help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Beats earphones stopped working one side</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I bought a pair of the over ear earphones. I use them on a regular basis but the other day the right one no longer works. I bought them separate to the phone and being about a year old wondered what my options were as I don’t expect to spend £200 on a set of earphones to stop working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;many help&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;would be appreciated&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
