Can someone please help, I placed the order online yesterday, and was advised that the phone would typically be with me in 24 hours if i wanted standard delivery or if i wanted a tech delivery with set up, it would be between 2 & 4pm today. i didn't need set up help so went with the standard delivery. i have just had an email stating that my back order is confirmed - what dose this mean? I am without a working handset at the moment so this is far from ideal 😑

I looked online last night and if I purchased it again there were delivery appointments available for today so slightly confused.

Hi @ema13

The current estimated delivery guidance for that model and colour is to expect dispatch within 14 days.

I'm not sure if that was updated after you ordered. As soon as we receive stock, we'll send out the phones on a first come, first served basis with the oldest orders being cleared first.
