Samsung galaxy watch 4 dispatched but not heard from DPD

Hi, I ordered the 40mm pink gold Samsung galaxy 4 watch and had a confirmation message for m EE to say that it has been dispatched and with DPD and that I should receive a message shortly from DPD with a delivery slot however, this was on Thursday and I have still not heard anything so don't have any tracking information for it.

Do you have the Samsung watch plan showing in your My EE account?

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries for your address?

Thank you for getting back to me.

The watch isn't showing up in my account a d I managed to contact CS yesterday who said DPD had returned the item for some reason. It's been re ordered and should arrive today but still nothing from DPD?
