Free Samsung watch with Flip3

Firstly Samsung Galaxy Flip3 is an awesome phone....,

That aside I am eligible to claim a free watch with this phone, I went into the Samsung shop in highcross Leicester yesterday and they have told me to be able to apply I will need receipt/proof of purchase from EE to apply for this. How do I get that, as I don't want to miss out on the watch?

To claim the offer on the Samsung Rewards site, you can use the delivery note which was included in the box or confirmation email, do you have one of these?
