Confusion over Personal Paired Plans

I’m trying to set up a data plan for my Apple Watch.

I currently have a sim only contract as I bought my iPhone and Apple Watch directly from Apple.

When trying to set up a plan, I get the following cumbersome list of plans that don’t give me any information about what their differences are:

There’s a complete lack of clarity about the personal paired plan. Most of the contractual literature suggests that it might even be free but it’s not!

What do the fitness+ contracts give you that the others don’t?

is a “£1 R” the same as a “£6 R”?

what’s the difference between unlimited and 30 d?

Any clarity on the above would be much appreciated.

Hi Chris,

Yep. The 'Watch' app on the iPhone, after you go to `Mobile Data` > `Set Up Mobile Data`, it takes you to an EE splash screen where you can log in and after that you are presented with that wall of text.

Can I please just clarify, do you already have the line set up for your watch data, and you're just trying to attach the watch to it?

Or do you need to open the line?
