Huawei Watch 3 Pro

I have a Huawei Watch 3 Pro and want to use the 4G functionality. I bought a eSIM but it says its blocked on EE. You seem to do it for Samsung and Apple, why is there not functionality for other devices too.Is there any plans too so? I have 6 phone lines with EE and have been very happy with my service over the past 10+ years. Would rather not have to change to Vodafone to get the functionality if its coming to EE

not sure if the screenshot is showing but it says "EE doesnt support this device yet. FOr details, contact your netwrok provider"

At the moment some devices are not supported by us on eSIM, and we would always advise checking this information before making a purchase you intend to use with us.

as i havent used the eSIM yet and i cant use it, can i cancel the contract (just for that line)?

Also, is there a ETA for support of this feature for devices other than the samsung and apple watches?

When it comes to cancellation could I please ask how you bought the eSIM, was it online, in store or over the phone? I'm asking to make sure I give you the correct information around cancelling.

I'm afraid we have no information about when or if certain devices will be supported. I can only see what's already supported, sorry.

In that case you're protected by Distance Selling Regulations, which is something that applies to anything bought over the phone, online or by post in the UK.

This means that you can return the product within 14 days no problem. To process the return by jumping onto our How Can I Return A Device Bought Within The Last 14 Days page, and completing the return form.
