Hi Northerner. There are no buttons/sliders on the side. I'm afraid that I don't know the model. It is just a very basic mobile phone that just does phone calls and texts. I got it for £4 in Asda a few years ago and just have it for emergency use in my car.

Hi Techhead,

It doesn't need the internet, it just hasn't got access to the internet. It is a very basic mobile phone that just does phone calls and texts.

Or identify it through a Google search of Alcatel phones?

I've at last managed to upload a picture of my Alcatel phone. I seem to have two images of the same phone. They are shown below.

Hi @Peter133

We couldn't approve the image as it had some email addresses on it. I think I've figured out that it's an Alcatel Onetouch 1010 though.

AT last I have found the way to contact you ! I looked up the user manual for the 1010, my Alcatel mobile phone, and it told me how to adjust the volume. Thank you very much indeed for your help in solving my problem.
