I have the s21 ultra but have not received my code for the razer kishi. How long did it take for other people's code to come through?

I got a text message from EE after purchase of the phone and plan stating that they will get in contact in a few weeks with how to claim the Razer controller.

Can anyone help me understand why EE are offering a free Razer Kishi gaming controller with the S21 Ultra when the phone is too big for the controller? I mean it's nice to have a free gift as an incentive but if I'd known it wasn't compatible with the handset I would have gone for a different phone

@wardi Yes but it seems they only managed it if they took the rubber gaskets out on each side. The problem with that is there is then nothing to protect against scrapes and scratches. Disappointing but I think I will simply be putting mine up for sale on ebay.
