I was told that my new phone was being delivered to my work address between 12-2pm yesterday, received several messages stating that the order is on the way but its Saturday now and still no response, this delivery was for yesterday 22/1/2021

It was ordered just before Christmas but due to the lock down my local EE store is still closed. I contacted EE this week and they confirmed the order for the 22/1/2021 between 12-2pm at my work address, I stated that my office closes at 5pm, in the last text message I received they said they are running late and they will contact within the next hour and this was at 1.30pm yesterday afternoon and up until now still no response or contact

It may be worth calling our Mobile Care team, @David169.

They'll be able to check the consignment number and give you that so that you can track the order.

Have you got the number please, I have rearranged for it to be redelivered at my work place again for this Monday 25/1/2021 between 10-12pm, kind regards David
