Samsung note20 ultra vibrating randomly

Had my upgrade Samsung note20 ultra for a week now and it vibrates randomly I was on a phone call and it vibrated 7 times in 20min call for no reason and also just holding the phone it will do it? i have turned off all the touch vibration in settings and it still does it! Please can anyone help its really annoying!

It's the Camera module motor reseting, it happens on the S21 Ultra as well periodically.

If you go into the galaxy store download "Good Lock" and "Nice Catch" (under family) add on then it will tell you the source.
