Returns pack not received

I have had my phone for a week now and have still not received the returns pack. With limited hours at the post office I can only post at weekends so getting anxious that I will be charged for not returning my device on time. Does anyone know how long it should take for the pack to be received?
I was on a call to customer services and got cut off. Trying Brightstar now but also in a queue. Thank you.

I would expect your returns pack to arrive within 2-5 working days. Did you manage to get in touch with Customer Care?

I’m in another queue, couldn’t get through to brightstar earlier either.
