Pine64 is a USA company, it has an Quad ARM core that will run a baseline Linux OS.

They work fine in German, USA, etc,... on GSM 1800 and, off course, LTE?

"Activate" ? That's what I'm trying to do?

I have two SIM's from EE, and I'm trying to register the IMSI number from one, by adding a device (a phone number) to an EE account, but the number is not being accepted?

So, if EE has to activate the SIM, before it will pass it's IMSI number (register with the modem), then how do I get EE to activate the SIM?.

I have no idea what that is, but it's not Skype?

At least not the Skype I have in Hotmail, it being free.

And, you need a Skype ID just for the chat?!

What you have there looks like a SIP client for an internally routed network?

It's the Skype app on my PC. I'll give you the full window to put it in context:

Thanks for that, but I'm not installing a standalone application just to ring them?

I have Skype inside my hotmail account, but it does not accept telephone numbers, they need to be registered first.

Besides, what company would send out un-activated or a broken SIM to a new customer?

And, they don't ever have a Customer Support email address?
