Hi all. Is it possible to upgrade my smart watch contract to a phone. ? Its my daughters birthday and would like to change the watch to a phone as its her first phone.

@Whisweff321 Is the watch due an upgrade? If not you’ll have to pay off the remaining term of that contract to then take out a phone tariff.

@Chris_B Hi yes the watch is due a free upgrade but in the site it only comes up with watch options.

@Whisweff321 You’ll needs to call customer services to do this. You’ll also need to make sure you give notice to terminate the watch contract.
