Claiming Free AKG Y500 Headphones with Samsung Galaxy A71

Just upgraded to Samsung Galaxy A71 & thought free AKG Y500 headphones would be delivered with it. Not with the phone when delivered & no instructions to claim them. Only other post directs to Samsung page which expired in 2019. Tried to chat to ee but would not accept the subjects. Please help

@LMoorby You claim them from Samsung but it looks like Samsung haven’t updated their end yet. I would call EE customer services about this.

I had the same problem with the A51 nothing was said about contacting Samsung to claim. I have asked till im blue in the face i keep getting sent the link to claim but i have no claim number plus the offer has finished. But they keep on telling me the same things links and you will receive a text with a code. To late IT HAS FINISHED.. I feel totaly ripped off and will with the result of this be finished with EE and will be leaving negative feed back on the page about this. I will now receive a link with the claim..
