Free gift with receny upgrade

Hi I have recently upgraded and in my deal I was offered a free gift. I ordered online and received the phone but I am yet to select and receive my gift. Can you advice me on how to get this please?

Hi @Sarahlouise91 Which phone/gift was it? Quite often you get a text about 14 days after the upgrade, but it depends on the deal.

Hi, thank you for the fast reply.

It was the Samsung galaxy s20 with the choice of a fitbit and xbox bundle if I can remember rightly.

Samsung gifts can often be found in the Samsung members app which should be pre-installed on your phone already.
