I have two inrico t199 network radios and can get niether working via the 3gee network. Both work fine via my home wifi but will not connect to 3gee. Everyone tells me should be no problem. Radios recognise sim cards. They tell me im connected to 3gee. I can get no help from ee other than go to my ee. Tried everything on there but to no avail. Before anyone says open the browser on the radio i will point out that the item has no screen so dosnt have a browser and i can find no way of downloading one without a screen or browser. Any ideas. Someone must have come across this before.

@Johnnyboy2001 Does the sim have a data allowance as credit on the account will not go towards data usage and you’ll need to purchase a data bundle or a pack allowance.

I should have said that the sims are preloaded with 6 gig of data.

@Johnnyboy2001 Can you put the sims and a phone to make sure that they are activated and working?

By doing that wont i use up a lot of data in a hurry?

Have you connected the handsets to a PC to set them up ?
