I order an Apple Watch and a sim I received these but not the free beats earphones that came with it ?

Welcome to the community,

Not sure why you expected to receive free beats headphones, as they do not come with the watch, never have had that and have had three watches over the years, it is just the watch with the straps and charger

Apple are not even going to include them in their new I-Phone, you would have to order them separately..

Hi,

Im having a similar issue. I ordered Apple AirPod Pros on 27th August as an add on to my pay monthly contract.

I received a message from EE stating my order will be delivered 29th September by DPD. I have been checking over the past week on the tracking progress of my parcel on DPD, they state that they have not received the parcel.

Can someone help me with this?
