Smartwatch Data Plans???????

I have a Samsung S10 and I recently purchased a Samsung Watch Active V2 4G. I spoke to a lady on livechat who told me it was not possible to buy a separate plan or a add on to have data on my watch? The only networks that support the watch is EE and if I have to buy the watch on contract from EE I can not use data on it? Disgusting. Please tell me this is incorrect. Thanks, Riley. Hi @Rileyw as long as you're on a pay monthly plan, you should be able to add a data plan on your watch in the Samsung wearables app. See details here. If you have any problems, let us know!

I'd suggest calling EE and discussing it, you can add a watch when bought elsewhere so maybe there's another reason why it doesn't work for you.
