Hi, I've not long joined EE. I'm on a 24 month sim only plan. My early update is in February 2021.
however I was hoping to add an iPad mini to my contract as a second line, but I can't find that option.

Is it possible or not? I'm confused.

Many thanks for the reply, I clicked the link, but when I choose a deal it refreshes the page and says I'm not eady to upgrade yet. I'm not trying to upgrade, I'm actually requesting an extra line.....anyideas?? cheers JB

Yeh, I did so, but unfortunately I'm told the credit score failed, which is strange given theyre happy to give me tv, broadand and phone.....ive never missed a single payment. to be honest I'm seriously considering swapping over to ee as they can offer me all the things id like at a very similar price...feel quiet let down.

Yep....you got it...pretty muchword for word....I'm disgusted.....I spend £50 per month....month after month and yet I'm a credit risk...go figure....Virginhere I come!!!

Joseph.. I can understand your disappointment but credit worthiness is decided by credit companies and agencies - not by the retailer so in fairness don't blame EE.

It may be worth asking for a copy of your credit record to check for any errors if you are sure you have a good credit record. I used to work with retail/credit so have a good idea how it all works.

Credit worthiness is judged by the retailer they interpret the credit agency’s information as they seek fit. The credit score you get from an agency is only an indication of how good you are. Each lender has their own criteria of who they will lend to, for example a credit card lender may not want people who pay off their balance each month as they will earn less profit from them, so these people who have an excellent score will be turned down.
