I have only just taken it out of its box for the first time, and discovered that the power adapter is faulty and does not work.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have tried contacting HP for a replacement (It is still under warranty) but they told me I'd have to take it up with the 'place of purchase', i.e. EE.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Does anyone know the best way to get this issue addressed?
