Selling my old Apple Watch after upgrading it

I have recently upgraded my Apple Watch to a new one and would like to sell my old one or give it to someone. Is this possible and will it work with their phone?

do they have to be on EE contract or can it be used with another contract? And will they be able to use it as cellular or is it still linked to my account?

@Giorgia_Conci You’ll need to unpair the device with your phone and and remove it from your Apple account. You can sell/give it away to anyone you choose even on a different network but that network has to support the watch to be able to have cellular on it.
