Hi can anyone help, I have 20gb of data but it won't load on my tablet

Says 20gb available on phone and tablet, but when I connect it says either
not connected or waiting for network

Are there any maintenance works listed for your area on our network status checker, @Annwise?

I'd also recommend restarting the devices, so that they're forced to search for a network again.

4g signal comes up, checked for issues in the area none apparently, turned
phone and tablet on and off so much I think I can read morse code know,
even taken sim out and replaced, done the best statue of liberty impression
for 30mins round the house.... At a total loss

Sounds like you've tried everything, @Annwise.

It may be worth reporting a problem on the status checker, since you have two devices with the same problem.
